Geoffrey A Kieta is a highly experienced and certified professional in the field of real estate appraisal. He has been a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in the State of Arizona with 15 years experience in both commercial and residential appraisal serving over 100 clients and countless individuals. With more than 5,500 residential and 1500 commercial appraisals, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes. His educational background includes a Business Administration Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Spanish from California State University. This diverse foundation has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and a multicultural perspective.
Prior to owning Titan Consulting, LLC, Geoffrey gained experience as a Senior Appraiser at New West Consulting (Commercial Appraisal firm). Since then, Geoff has established himself as a trusted professional in the industry. His role involves managing staff writers and overseeing the appraisal process, ensuring that clients receive unbiased opinions of value. Prior to New West Consulting, he worked within a CPA firm, specializing in tax law. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the financial aspects of real estate.
Geoff is currently a candidate for the esteemed MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Throughout his career, Geoff has written multiple appraisals covering various valuation types, including Market Value, Prospective Market Value, Retrospective Value, Partial Interest, Bulk, Going-Concern, and Liquidation values.
